~~~~~
Here are a few guidelines and reminders...
- Theme: Medieval / Edo Period Japan. We also accept Asian, other Japanese periods, and fantasy Japan.
- Prim Limits/Maximum: 100 for regular shops, 50 for booths. 200 for large shops. (300 for the few, specially-invited sponsors.)
- -> This is actually measured in LI, not prim count.
- Script Limits: We have no hard limits. However, if your items are unduly lagging the sim, I (Wyvern Dryke) will contact you and/or return them (depending how bad it is) to keep everything running smoothly.
- Rent: We request a donation of 20L per LI (for the entire event, not per week).
- Please pay Perryn Peterson, using donation kiosks dispersed throughout the event (they look like columns with float-text saying "donations").
- You are on the Honor System to pay for what you have rezzed.
- Moderate Rating: This is a family-friendly event. Please blur/cover genitals and sexual acts in your signs and items.
- If you sell adult items, please provide a teleport where visitors can test them in an Adult area. Do not provide live items at the event.
- Stay Inside Shop: all decorations and signs must be *inside* or *right against* your shop. Do not block passageways. Not even a tenth of a meter, thank you.
- Lighting & Fullbright: Please try to stay in theme, and keep bright lights/fullbright to a MINIMUM. This is not 2022 Tokyo, this is Edo Japan!
- Ads in your store may be fullbright. For the outside, we strongly prefer that you place one lantern/invisible light (with *1m radius*) above signs to illuminate them. Here is a link to 2 (free!) you can use...
- If you insist on FB, we won't kick you out, it is just a strong preference to respect the atmosphere of our event.
- NOTE: ALL stores and booths already have a light built in. I have calculated the radius exactly to fill the structure + 10%. Please keep this in mind before adding another.
Sincerely,
Organizer Wyvern Dryke
& The HHL Organizer Team
